H₂O SOLUTIONS supplies an extensive and comprehensive range of Water Softening Plants.

The presence of hardness salts (calcium and magnesium ions) in the make up water supplies to boilers, cooling and process waters can have a serious impact on their performance. Loss of heat transfer in boilers and poor cooling in re-circulating cooling systems results in an increase in both energy and water consumption, and an increase in operating costs.

Our standard range effectively removes these hardness salts and provides a valuable return on your investment.The H2O SOLUTIONS series of water softeners are designed for counter current regeneration with up flow rate and co-current regeneration with down flow rate.

The water softeners have capacities which vary from 4.3m3 to 420m3 with a total input hardness level of 200ppm expressed as calcium carbonate.

The water softeners use the well-proven "Ion Exchange" process to convert the hard water ions of calcium and magnesium to sodium ions. The resultant water to service is typically less than 4 ppm total hardness.

Water Demineralizers

H2O SOLUTIONS Demineralizers are designed based on latest cost effective ion exchange technique of counter current regeneration. The units consist of two corrosion free pressure vessels internally connected in series. The first column containing Cation absorbing exchanger and second column charged with an anion absorbing exchanger. The water flow through the bed of a Cation exchanger then the bed of an anion exchanger. Thus the systems remove dissolved salts from water to a specified degree.

After using total exchange capacity of systems Cation and anion regeneration must be carried out. The Cation exchanger is regenerated with an acid and anion exchange resin is regenerated with an alkali solution.

H2O SOLUTIONS Demineralizers consists of acid/alkali proof pressure vessel with internal fittings and initial charge of Cation and Anion exchanger, set of regeneration equipment, hydraulic ejectors, acid and alkali tanks and conductivity meter to monitor treated water quality. These Demineralizers offer a practical range of capacities and flow rates necessary to serve wide variety of applications.

H₂O Evaporators
We offer Atmospheric, Low Temperature Vacuum and Mechanical Vapour Compression Evaporators. Made of modular designs these have multiple effects of Vacuum. MVC Evaporators are made for higher thermal efficiency and higher volumes.

For small quantity of wastewater which are difficult to treat, we offer atmospheric forced draft evaporator as an ideal choice. The standard models range from 100 to 5000 Liters per day in capacities.

MVR & Multiple Effect Evaporators
For large volumes and energy economy we offer MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) and Multiple Effect Evaporators. Since the latent heat of vaporization is fully utilized through vapor recompression and condensation MVR is very energy efficient. The major advantage of MVR and Multiple Effect Evaporators is the energy economy.Typical MVR energy requirement is 0.05 to 0.15 kwh per kg of waterevaporated.

Swimming Pool Filteration Plants

Filtration is mechanical process of removing insoluble matter from swimming pool water. Pool water carrying particulate matter, solids and debris is passed through filtering media that allow clear water to return to the pool. Water clarity is important for appearance, hygiene and safety.

Disinfection: Disinfection is the most important single factor in maintaining a safe pool. Chlorine is the most widely applied disinfecting agent for the swimming pool water. Its not only destroys harmful organisms such as bacteria, algae, fungi, viruses but it also destroys impurities that are not removed by filtration.
